I have two job suggestions which I'll put together into this thread.
The first job suggestion is a trashman job. This job should be programmed in a way where you have to go around to randomised points in a city (should try to make these a mix of residential/commercial) and allows the worker to collect a trash bag, placing it into the back of the trash truck. Once the player collects a the trashbag by placing it into the trash truck, the player should be rewarded between $20-$45. However, the player shouldn't be paid until he's taken the truck back to the Recycling Center and deposited all the trash bags.
The only disadvantage of the trash collector job is that players might race around unrealistically to complete the task, this is why I feel we shouldn't have this job as a timed job. The player should be free to do this job in their own time and if anyone drives like a complete retard we can then deal with that from an administrative standpoint (or just keep it IC however you feel is the best way forward, but personally I feel with scripted jobs we should have some sort of ruleset for people to follow).
My second job suggestion is Taxi Driver, I feel we should take a new approach to this so its not the same old boring job from every roleplay community. If there is no taxi calls within a set amount of time the script could generate a NPC call where the player can go and pickup said NPC, however the payouts for these NPC calls need to be thought about and off the top of my head when writing this I can't think of a fair payout.
That's my two ideas, we can discuss these further at tonight's development meeting.
